I have never felt so light until I am half-way through with my antibiotics. It means that the bacterial infection has been causing my fatigue for these past few days.

Downside, I lost 4 pounds of hard-earned muscle mass and fat. LOL. I am trying to regain the endurance and aerobic efficiency I lost while staying for almost a week bed ridden at the hospital. By next week, I am targeting to just focus lifting to spike up the nitrogen and ATP :D

I have the money now to buy a camera but I am still not decided if Should I go Canon 500D or Nikon D90? I Need help please! I am planning to go to Hidalgo on Thursday before my appointment with my doctor to know what's up with my health.

Work update. Confirmed that I am regularized and I was promoted to level 2. I was absent when it was announced. By the time I returned to work after the hospitalization, my manager announced a new job role - a trainer. So HR had to adjust my title again. As expected, it will be under observation for the next quarter if I am eligible for renumeration.

Seriously, I am astounded with the new role. No one has created a standardized nor updated any training material for our support. Basically, I am designing a new hire curriculum. Didn't I just mention I was appointed to do training? So definitely creating modules from scratch and imposing a new process of the training procedures is a manager's role. But I am challenged! I am loving what I am doing though it drains the best of me everyday, for real!

I only have a concern with my metrics which is still based on LV2 which I still have to discuss seriously with managers involved.

I am back and kicking!

I was discharged from the hospital yesterday. The final diagnosis is Rheumatic Heart Disease - and why the hell do I have this if kids suffer from this normally?

I used to have tons of throat infection and rheumatic fever when I was still a toddler. Not to mention the infections I have incurred doing blowjobs the recent years, but I guess my high tolerance on pain might have factored in ignoring previous cases of streptococcus bacterial infection for the years I have lived.

The right atrium is slightly dilated. Mitral and tricuspid valves are thickened which affects the blood flow. Moderate regurgitation occurs on these valves, but they close tightly though :)

I will be undergoing medication for the next 6 months, the least, and will be subjected to another echocardiogram after the period - then will reasses if I need to continue doing aspirin and antibiotics. Surprisingly, my body can now handle penicillin! I used to remember that I get skin rashes and could barely breath once I start intaking any penicillin-based drugs when I was still young.

Nevertheless, the doctor recommended a 7-day 'medically-attended' bed rest which I refuse to do so because I need to pay bills :P Im thinking of reporting for work tonight and besides, staying 6 days in the hospital was just excruciatingly boring.

Externally, this was left.
I feel my legs are overtrained. Currently on Internet Tethering via my iPhone.

After work I went to the gym to attend RPM class, then I decided to take a shower because I was already sleepy. To my 'amuseness', the flood was above the knee. I called my father to inform that I awas stranded, he advised me to stay at the mall but I resisted. I wanted adventure! *** Lesson learned: Obey your parents

So I walked from Robinson's Metro East to home! At first, I was concerned with my phone and my money, good thing I brought LocknLock lunch box which was still filled with mayo leftover from the fish fillet. I cleaned it with my sweaty sando. Hahaha. *** Lesson learned: Always wash the dishes after eating.

The walkathon was fun at first! Until I started seeing dead rat, swimming frogs and toads, roaches, garbages and unknown debris scratching my legs. Until the time, that I almost swam because the flood along P. Tuazon, Marikina was already reaching my nipples. Take note! I am 5'9"! It was tiring! Walking through water with possible leptospirosis and tetanus especially that the water was rushing against us. *** Lesson learned: Attend swimming classes during childhood.

After an hour and a half walking, I finally reached home. Went straight to the bathroom, took a bath and almost consumed the quarter of the alcohol bottle all over my body. It was a great experience though yet risky. This is one of my creative outlets I did recently. LOL

*** Lesson learned: Straight home after work if your gut feels it will be not safe.

Mood: Tired
Location: Dining Room

I cant even manage to stand. I was bedridden yesterday until I decided to visit a doctor. Its been more than two decades when I became a patient confined in the hospital.

My sister drove me to the nearest hospital and went straight ahead to the emergency room. While opening the door, I saw MOjan complaining that she has abdominal pain. As I sat onto the bed, my sister saw her former classmate during college.

Body temperature was at 39.5! I couldnt even open my eyes because of the bright flourescent lights and I was chilling to death. The doctor came and asked me questions. She wanted to do a CBC on me after probing. After a few minutes she arrived and told me that I have bacterial infection.

The last time I had this sickness was 4 years ago and I was absent for two weeks! I hope this time, Ill get better within this week but most likely Ill be skipping work until Friday. Booo!

I tried self-medicating yesterday with Guaifenesin, Dextromethorphan and Paracetamol - nothing seemed to work. I was given Clarithromycin and Butamirate Citrate for the chronic coughing. Good thing I was given a different antibiotics because I have severe allergic reaction to Pennicilin and cant withstand the acid-forming effect of Erythromycin. Funny that this antibiotic is used to treat Chlamydia too. LOL

I would also like to thank my sister's classmate because I didn't pay anything for the consultation and the pathological test performed knowing that my HMO will be released next week.
